The Glam Look of the “Vibora” dress

Last week I presented the "Vibora" dress in a casual manner, but today were going with a more glamorous look. This week I used it in a more elegant way by accessorizing it in two ways. I prefer my hair in waves and a red lipstick. Remember that you can use a simple dress and make it a "statement look".

BCBG Max azria Runway Show @ La Concha Hotel

Hello TPO'ers, last week I was Invited to cover the glamorous BCBG Maxazria fashion show in La Concha Hotel. It was a night of cocktails and flappers. I had the privilege of observing the 2013 Fall-winter collection, full of beautiful leather and mesh jackets, long coats for winter and the infamous hats that are so "in" this season. Its a collection that you could use for daily activities as well as a night life look.

Hola “TPO’ers”, la semana pasada fui invitada a cubrir el glamuroso desfile de BCBG Maxazria en el hotel La Concha. Fue una noche de cocteles y “flappers”. Pudimos contemplar la colección otoño-invierno 2013, en la cual se observo abrigos de cuero, el "mesh", abrigos largos de invierno y los muy famosos sombreros que están tan “in” esta temporada. Es una colección que cualquiera puede utilizar tanto de diario como para vestir de noche.

This look is one of my fav's, a long pleated skirt with a trendy leather top and of course the metallic shoes. 

Maxi skirts reminisce the bohemian styles of the 1970's

The long skirt, also known as Maxi skirt, is a versatile fashion piece that has quickly become a go-to item when juggling work and play. 

Even if it is pleated, straight, printed or billowy just make sure it falls between the ankle and below the calf.

Perfect Pair: Crop Tops + Pencil Skirts

The crop top and pencil skirt have been around ever since I could remember. I can pretty much confirm that all of you TPO'ers loved the SPICE GIRLS ( yes, I was obsessed with them too) and how they started wearing the crop top and pencil skirt in the 90's. Pencil skirts where almost exclusively used as work attire(not anymore), nowadays designers seem inclined to pair crop tops with a high waisted skirt for a more lady'like approach to the trend. So go for it!!!

The new trendy Lanvin necklaces, spotted at New York Fashion week street style photos; first appeared at the Autumn/Winter 2013-14 Lanvin fashion show in Paris.

The Statement Necklace

The statement necklace is my new favorite jewelry trend this season and I am loving how it can improve any outfit. I love to use it with my jeans, pointy shoes and a plain shirt. It is important to have your hair pulled-up so that your statement necklace can accomplish its "statement".

And of course the LOVE Lanvin necklace.

The Boyfriend Trend

The boyfriend trend is a trend that has been going on since this summer. The boyfriend jean has been the must have piece of the summer.  I have combined it with different tops like the crop top and the boyfriend shirt. 

The burgundy hat is a statement piece for this fall. You can use it to give a nice touch to you're look.

Pointy shoes are the order of the season.
